Service Provider Network

The assessors, repairers, tracers and tow operators around your claims live as first-class records, linked to the work they touch, not scattered through a phone list.

Illustrative UI only. Data and individuals shown are fictitious; any resemblance to real persons or data is coincidental.

Typed, not free-text

Providers carry a type (assessor, repair centre, tracer, tow operator), so "find me an assessor" is a filter on real records, not a search through somebody's memory.

Reachable when it matters

Phone, alternate and after-hours numbers live on the provider record, along with any number of named contacts. The details stay with the record, not in a phonebook that leaves when its owner does.

Linked to the work

An incident records the provider who attended it, on the record and in its generated report, and tow operators are dispatched straight from the active provider list, contact numbers included.

Active means active

Providers are deactivated, not deleted, so old work keeps its links intact while new work only ever sees the current panel.

Why we like this one

Free-text provider fields are where accountability goes to die: the same repairer spelled four different ways across forty claims, and no way to ask "how much work have we sent them, and how did it go?" Making providers records turns the panel into something you can manage: measurable, filterable, and attached to every job they've ever touched.
