Relationship-Native Views
Put a policy's account manager next to the claim it belongs to — without a join, a report writer, or a ticket to the development team.
Building a view on claims: the Policy lookup opens in place, then the account inside it, then that account's owner. Each hop becomes a column.
The link is the relationship
Point a field at another record type and both sides exist at once. Nothing is declared twice or maintained by hand.
Reach related data by name
Ask a claim for its policy's account manager and the platform works out how to fetch it.
Filter across relationships
"Every claim where the account is inactive" is a filter you set, not a report you request.
Built by your own people
Open a lookup in the field list, take the columns you want and save. The result is a view of your own, not a development ticket.
Where you'll use it
Why we like this one
Insurance questions are almost never about one record. They are about a claim, its policy, the account behind it and the broker who owns that account. When each hop is a join somebody has to build, "can I get a list of…" becomes a two-week request.
