End-to-End Pipeline

Leads become opportunities, opportunities become quotes, and quotes become policies on one connected chain of records, so the deal doesn't get re-keyed every time it changes hands.

Illustrative UI only. Data and individuals shown are fictitious; any resemblance to real persons or data is coincidental.

One chain of records

Converting a lead creates the account, the contact and the opportunity together, and the opportunity keeps a link back to the lead it came from. Nothing is retyped at the handoff.

Stages that carry detail

Leads and opportunities both hold a stage and a sub-stage, so 'in progress' can say which part of in progress it means.

The commercials travel with the deal

Expected premium, closing probability, expected close date and payment terms sit on the opportunity itself rather than in someone's spreadsheet.

See the conversion before you commit

Conversion can be previewed first, showing what it will create and against which existing records, so a duplicate account isn't discovered afterwards.

Why we like this one

Pipelines rarely leak in the middle of a stage. They leak at the handoffs: the lead someone rebuilt as an opportunity, the quote that lost the context of why it was priced that way, the policy nobody can trace back to the campaign that sourced it. Keeping the whole run on one chain means the answer to "where did this come from" is a link, not an investigation.
