Duplicate Detection & Merge
Consolidate duplicate accounts and contacts with their history and relationships preserved, so cleaning up the book doesn't cost you the record of it.
Illustrative UI only. Data and individuals shown are fictitious; any resemblance to real persons or data is coincidental.
Detection, not just a merge button
Likely duplicates are surfaced rather than left for someone to notice. The work starts from a candidate list instead of a hunch.
A guided merge
The merge is a reviewed step, showing what is being combined and which record survives, rather than an irreversible click.
History comes with it
Activity and record history are preserved through the consolidation, so merging two accounts doesn't cost you the audit trail of either.
Relationships re-point
Contacts, opportunities and policies attached to the losing record follow it across, instead of being orphaned by the tidy-up.
Why we like this one
Every book collects duplicates: the same client entered twice, once by the web form and once by the broker who didn't find it. The reason they survive for years is that merging usually means losing something: the activity on the wrong record, the policy attached to the copy nobody kept. Consolidation is only safe when the history and the relationships come across with it, and that is the part worth having built in.
